A NEW type of support for buyers in the housing market is growing “exponentially” across major auction cities, as clearance rates in Sydney and Melbourne remain consistently high.

The buyer’s advocate industry has experienced increased demand over the past five years, with a competitive housing market pushing many to seek professional help. Buyer’s advocates help their clients plan, research, negotiate and bid for houses within a set budget in return for a fee, and are proving particularly popular among young, professional women.
