Ever wondered what Real estate will look like in 50 years? According to futurist Morris Miselowski, it could potentially look very different.

Here is a futuristic snapshot of how we could be looking for, buying and renovating homes in 2064.

Say goodbye to inspections…

Open for inspections on a Saturday morning will be a thing of the past. A virtual reality headset and a wearable computer with an optical head-mounted display will make 3D inspections of prospective homes the norm when looking to purchase a home.

The perfect fit…

Having to imagine your furniture in a prospective home will be a thing of the past. Buyers will be able to import images of their furniture creating a virtual representation of what the potential home would look like to make sure it fits before purchasing. Similarly, if the home is not yet built, developers will be able to digitally customise off-the-plan designs.

Renovations with a click of the finger…

The hassle of renovating will no longer be one with the help of a giant 3D printer that could be used to be build a whole house in less than 24 hours. In addition to this printer, Charles Brass from Futures Foundations reports that a USC Professor has designed a robot that replaces construction workers with a nozzle on a gantry, which squirts out concrete and can build a home according to a computer pattern!

You may be wondering how all of this will actually occur, and well, so are we! These futuristic plans are only speculation in 2014, nevertheless, alot can change in 50 years!
